A new construction project got underway this week on the ACS campus with the digging up of the infield on our Middle School Boys’ Baseball Field. The project will result in significant improvements to the field, including a grass infield with irrigation, a new pitcher’s mound, and infield resurfacing. If all goes as planned, the work could be completed by the end of October. The upgrades will be a welcome benefit to our Middle School Boys’ Baseball team next spring, and will also benefit local community youth baseball leagues that use our fields for practices and games.
