Lower Elementary Teacher – 2026-2027 School Year
10-Month Position | Full-Time

Atlantic Christian School is seeking to fill the position of Elementary Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The teacher will utilize a variety of instructional aides, methods, and materials to provide creative and effective teaching strategies that reach the whole child while integrating biblical principles and a Christian worldview throughout the curriculum and classroom environment.

The ideal candidate will be a committed follower of Jesus Christ who demonstrates a personal relationship with Him, lives according to Biblical principles, and serves as a Christian role model for students. Strong Bible knowledge, regular attendance and active involvement in a Bible-believing Christian church, and full agreement with Atlantic Christian School’s mission, statement of faith, and spiritual standards are required.

Applicants must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited post-secondary institution. State or ACSI certification is preferred. A background check is required.

High School Language Arts Teacher – 2026-2027 School Year
10-Month Position | Full-Time

Atlantic Christian School is seeking to fill the position of High School Language Arts Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The Language Arts teacher will utilize a variety of instructional aides, methods, and materials to provide creative and effective teaching strategies that reach the whole child while integrating biblical principles and a Christian worldview throughout the curriculum and classroom environment.

The ideal candidate will be a committed follower of Jesus Christ who demonstrates a personal relationship with Him, lives according to Biblical principles, and serves as a Christian role model for students. Strong Bible knowledge, regular attendance and active involvement in a Bible-believing Christian church, and full agreement with Atlantic Christian School’s mission, statement of faith, and spiritual standards are required.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Language Arts from an accredited post-secondary institution, with experience teaching high school Language Arts required. Experience teaching AP-level courses and eligibility for state or ACSI certification are preferred. A background check is required.

Elementary Spanish Teacher – 2026-2027 School Year
10-Month Position | Part-Time

Atlantic Christian School is seeking to fill the position of Elementary Spanish Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a part-time position for 25 hours per week, four days a week.

The Elementary Spanish teacher will utilize a variety of instructional aides, methods, and materials to provide creative and effective teaching strategies that reach the whole child while integrating biblical principles and a Christian worldview throughout the curriculum and classroom environment.

The ideal candidate will be a committed follower of Jesus Christ who demonstrates a personal relationship with Him, lives according to Biblical principles, and serves as a Christian role model for students. Substitute Teachers
Elementary and Upper School

Substitutes for K through 12th grade classes are needed. Certified teachers with a degree are preferred. Minimum of 35 credits required. ACS requires its employees to be Christians, living their lives as Christian role models. Spiritual standards must be met and a background check is required. Bus Driver (10-month) | Part-Time
Seeking to fill the position of part-time school bus driver to transport school-aged children, during school and after school, on field trips, to athletic and extra-curricular activities, and other special events. Some occasional evenings, as assigned. Must possess a current State of New Jersey CDL license — Class B with P & S endorsement and air brake endorsement. Must have a clean driving history. Driver conducts pre- and post-trip bus safety inspections, observes safety regulations and policies, and enforces student discipline on the bus.
