The numbers for our ACS Race for Education fundraiser are in, and we are thrilled to announce that we raised $56,462.44. Praise God! That’s $11,000 over our goal! We are so grateful for all of the generous donors who supported our school. We also extend our gratitude to the students, teachers, staff, and volunteers who contributed to the success of the event.
At the Upper School and Elementary Chapels held on November 21, Event Coordinator Deana Farrell announced the winners of the student and class prizes. Freshman Grace Lushina secured the student grand prize by raising over $3,000. Mrs. Jackson’s and Mr. Schriever’s 4th-grade classes both earned the Elementary and Class Grand Prize, raising $5,144.89. Mr. Staples’ 6th-grade class secured the Middle School Class Prize with $1,881.62. Mrs. Wheeler’s class won the Early Education Class Prize with $2,418.70.
The boy and girl who ran the most laps per class received certificates for their achievements. Additionally, the student with the most donors in each class received a $15 Amazon gift card.
Thank you, everyone, for your tremendous support and generosity. Your commitment ensures that we can continue fulfilling our mission to “impact the world for Jesus Christ by nurturing and equipping students with a Biblical worldview through an accredited education program.”
