Students in ACS’s Culinary Arts program proudly showcased their skills and creativity by crafting gingerbread houses as a class project. Guided by Chef Joe Wyzen-Gregory of Gregory’s Restaurant & Bar, 10th graders Luly Boyle and Lucy Huff, along with 12th grader Nikolaos Patlias, embraced the holiday spirit as they baked and decorated their unique creations.
This project highlighted the hands-on training offered in the Culinary Arts program, which equips students with valuable skills for careers in the hospitality and food service industries. As part of ACS’s Intensive Concentration Programs, the Culinary Arts curriculum combines foundational knowledge with practical experience.
