It was a heartwarming time together as students played recorders, sang songs, and performed the musical "O Chicken of Little Faith." Yesterday, April 10, our students and staff wore blue to show their support for Autism Awareness and helped raise funds for FACES 4 Autism—a local organization that supports families and individuals affected by autism. Our elementary students also attended a special assembly led by our Student Council and enjoyed blowing bubbles together as a symbol of hope and inclusion. Thank you to everyone who participated!

Today we congratulate Josh Merlino who has been at ACS for 3 years of High School. Josh has been very active while at ACS playing Varsity Basketball and Baseball. He served as Class Chaplain for multiple years. He is planning on working at Merlino Marble and Granite and possibly studying for ministry online. Another thing that Josh has been highly committed to is the High School Worship Team, playing guitar and some vocals. The Worship Team leads the Upper School students in chapel most weeks and is asked to serve in other events throughout the school year. Josh has been a faithful leader in this team all of his years at ACS. Josh, your musical gifts and heart for worship and have been greatly appreciated. We pray that you will continue to pursue opportunities to use that gift and glorify God through music and worship.
