On Friday, February 13, Atlantic Christian School students in grades 9–12 will participate in the Re-Engage High School Spiritual Emphasis Day, a day focused on spiritual growth and worship.
Re-Engage is designed to help students strengthen their relationship with the Lord and gain a deeper understanding of the local church. Through teaching and worship throughout the day, students will explore God’s purpose for Christian community, service, and faithfulness.
Worship will be led by Gospel of Grace Church, and the day will include the following teaching sessions:
- Session 1: The Nature of the Local Church – God’s Design for Community
Speaker: John Mol, Awaken Community Church - Session 2: The Purpose of the Local Church – Worship, Service, and Mission
Speaker: Ryan Colvin, Hope Community Church - Session 3: The Authority and Faithfulness of the Local Church – Staying Committed
Speaker: Michael Ives, Presbyterian Reformed Church of Corbin City
