Last Friday evening, ACS paused to celebrate the dedication, character, and heart of four remarkable senior student-athletes during Senior Night. Families, teammates, coaches, and fans gathered to honor these students who have not only competed with excellence but led their teams with the humility and determination that reflects the values we hold dear at ACS.
We are proud to recognize Gianna Flynn (#22), Captain of the Varsity Girls Basketball team; Ava Barberio and Sophia Whitehurst, Co-Captains of the Varsity Cheer team; and Caden Kim (#5), Captain of the Varsity Boys Basketball team.
The evening also included a special milestone recognition, as Varsity Girls Coach Kaylee Breunig presented Gianna Flynn with a commemorative basketball celebrating 500 career rebounds as a testament to her consistency, grit, and love for the game.
ACS congratulates all of these seniors and the families who have walked alongside them throughout their athletic careers. We wish each of them God’s continued blessing as they carry the values of their time as Cougars into the next chapter of their lives.
