Atlantic Christian School students joined together on May 7 for the National Day of Prayer, spending time in worship and prayer for our nation and community.
During a special Elementary chapel time, students prayed for our nation, elected officials, churches, teachers, workers, families, and communities. Ms. Amy Williams, along with students from 4th and 5th grade, helped lead this meaningful time of worship and prayer.
Our Upper School students also participated in the National Day of Prayer by spending time with their Compass Groups, encouraging one another and praying together for families, government, churches, military, culture and the next generation.
It was a special reminder of the importance of seeking the Lord in every area of life and trusting Him to guide and strengthen our communities and nation.
“Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.” – Colossians 4:2
