
Atlantic Christian School was honored to recognize the 2026 Servant’s Heart Award recipients during this year’s Legacy Gala. The award celebrates individuals and businesses who have generously given their time, talents, and expertise to advance the mission of ACS and support Christ-centered education.
Board member Kris Jacoby presented the awards, and Board member Grant Kelly prayed over the recipients during the special presentation.
Chris Loeb
Although Chris Loeb was unable to attend the Legacy Gala, he was honored for his many years of faithful service to Atlantic Christian School. An ACS alumni parent and former Board Treasurer, Chris served nine years on the ACS Board of Directors and provided valuable financial guidance, including helping lead the effort to pay off the school’s mortgage. His faithful service and servant’s heart continue to be a blessing to the ACS community.
Barbara Freeman
Barbara Freeman has faithfully supported Atlantic Christian School for many years through generous giving and quiet service. She supports ACS through donations in memory of her son, Allen, Class of 1988, serves on the Silent Auction Committee, and sponsors the Garrett-Freeman Scholarship for graduating seniors pursuing higher education in the Arts.
Michael Flynn and Kelly Flynn
Michael and Kelly Flynn have faithfully served Atlantic Christian School through their generosity, leadership, and involvement in the ACS community. Together, they launched and continue to lead the annual ACS Talent Show while also supporting many school events and fundraisers. Their servant hearts are evident in the many ways they invest in ACS families and students.
Pastor Matthew Maher
Pastor Matthew Maher, Senior Pastor of Landmark Church, has faithfully supported Atlantic Christian School for many years through chapel messages, retreats, and ministry partnership. His engaging and Gospel-centered teaching has made a lasting impact on ACS students and families.
