Something delicious is happening in ACS’s Culinary Arts program! Juniors CJ Delacruz and Noah Raffaele have been learning recipes and food preparation techniques and then sharing their creations with teachers, staff and a few students.
Guided by Chef Joe Wyzen-Gregory of Gregory’s Restaurant & Bar, students prepared flatbreads last week with buffalo chicken, pepperoni, and plain toppings, as well as egg muffins and cookies, providing tasty treats to our school community.
As part of ACS’s Intensive Concentration Programs, this one-day per week program combines foundational knowledge with hands-on experience, helping students develop valuable skills for careers in hospitality and food service.
