ACS recently held two special ceremonies to celebrate the achievements of our 1st–5th grade students.
On Thursday, June 5, students were recognized during the Specials Awards Ceremony for their accomplishments in enrichment classes. Awards were presented by the following:
- Art Teacher Mrs. Genevieve Huff
- Computer Teacher Mrs. Rhapsody Hahn-Chaney
- Music Teacher Mrs. Elizabeth Henigan
- PE Teacher Mrs. Dakota Keller
- Spanish Teacher Mrs. Katherine Vega
Then, on Friday, June 13, students gathered in the gym for the Elementary Honors Awards Ceremony. Students received High Honor and Honor certificates, and each classroom teacher presented awards for the highest academic average, most improved, and Christ-like character. Elementary Principal Mrs. Bethany Kiefer praised the students for their effort and commitment throughout the school year, encouraging them to continue working hard and growing in character.
