We are proud to congratulate the 33 graduates in the ACS Class of 2025.  It was a full week of celebrations starting with a Baccalaureate Ceremony and ending with Commencement on July 11th.

The Baccalaureate Ceremony was a time to honor the Seniors’ Academic Achievement Awards as well as announce and deliver the scholarships given by ACS, local churches, businesses and individuals.  These scholarships are awarded to encourage students who are pursuing specific majors or fields of study and have shown commitment to these areas during their time at ACS.

The students and families spent time in Praise and Worship and also were encouraged by their Math and Science teachers, Mr. Drew Carney and Mr. Dave Genter.  These teachers joked about  special memories of the student’s high school days as well as challenged them to follow the Lord as they close this chapter and begin a new one.

On Tuesday morning, the Seniors dressed in Caps and Gowns and walked the ACS halls for the last time while Pomp and Circumstance played over the loudspeaker.  The halls were lined with the whole student body from PK to 11th grade, high-fiving and congratulating the Seniors.  That is always a special time for everyone involved.

ACS’ 32nd Commencement ceremony was held on Wednesday night, June 11th.  Family, friends, faculty and staff gathered to celebrate this special milestone as our seniors received their diplomas.  Valedictorian Sophia Johnson and Salutatorian Taylor Sutton each shared speeches sharing their stories and encouraging the audience, including their classmates.  Former ACS staff member Pastor Dan Vasquez has a special connection with the Class of 2025 and gave an excellent message about what God’s Word says about fear and questions they might have about their future.

This year’s graduating class has been offered over $632,000 in scholarships and many will begin their college and trade school journeys in the fall while others are entering the military or workforce directly.

Congratulations, Class of 2025!  We are proud of you!
