We are excited to share a new opportunity for our ACS grandparents —our Grand Hearts Association. Grand Hearts celebrates the wisdom, faith, and love that grandparents bring to our school community, and it gives them simple, meaningful ways to stay connected to the life of Atlantic Christian School.
Grandparents play a special role in shaping the hearts of the next generation. Through Grand Hearts, they can support ACS through prayer, encouragement, service, and fellowship. Their involvement strengthens our school family and deepens the multigenerational community that makes ACS such a special place.
Ways Grand Hearts Can Serve
Grandparents can choose opportunities that match their gifts and availability, including:
- Prayer & Encouragement: Monthly prayer focuses, prayer walks, and sending encouragement cards to teachers.
- Benevolence Support: Helping with back-to-school supplies, Thanksgiving and Christmas blessings, and other seasonal projects.
- Classroom & Staff Support: Birthday encouragement, appreciation touches, and adopt-a-teacher connections.
- Events & Fundraising Support: Assisting with the Back to School BBQ, Teacher Appreciation Week, Race for Education, One Christmas Night, and more.

Parents: Invite Your Student’s Grandparents to Join
If your child has a grandparent or older loved one who would enjoy being part of this caring and Christ-centered group, we would love to welcome them. Serving is flexible, relational, and meaningful, and it gives grandparents a visible place in the life of ACS.
