Atlantic Christian School offers homeschoolers elective and core courses to enhance their curriculum. Middle school and high school age homeschool students can choose from the following elective courses — Band, Middle School and High School Chorales, Praise and Worship Team, and PE. There are also core curriculum classes available at the Honors and Advancement Placement levels. Physical education is also available for elementary students.
Homeschool students who are interested in playing on an ACS middle school or high school sports team must be enrolled in a minimum of 4 core academic courses (math, science, social studies, English, or Bible) for the duration of the entire school year to be able to participate in one or more sports teams. Sports offered to both boys and girls include: soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, and cheer.
The homeschool registration fee to enroll is $75 per student and must be submitted with the online application. Once an application is submitted, a family interview will be scheduled with the Director of Admissions.
