During Easter Break, students from both the High School and Middle School Mission Teams stepped out in faith to serve others and share the love of Christ.
The High School Mission Team, led by Mr. Dave Genter, traveled to Corozal, Belize with five chaperones and 20 students. Each day, the team led a Vacation Bible School (VBS) program for about 100 local youth. Through songs, games, Bible lessons, and small group time, our students built meaningful relationships and shared God’s love with joy and compassion. The team also worked on construction projects to improve church and community buildings, delivered food, visited homes, and encouraged residents with the hope of the Gospel.

Meanwhile, Carrie Jorgenson, led the the Middle School Missions Team made up of 24 students and 4 chaperones. They served closer to home at the Camp at Old Mill in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. The students acted as camp counselors for elementary-age children and also spent time at the Bridge Academy, where they tutored young students, led games and crafts, and helped serve meals. In addition, the team helped organize clothing, canned goods, and library materials to support families in need.

Through these experiences, our students not only met practical needs but also grew in their faith, learning the joy of serving others in Jesus’ name.
