Volunteer Blesses ACS Preschool Students in Library
Thank you to dedicated ACS library volunteer Mar-Jo Atack. For the past school year, Miss Mar-Jo has brought children’s stories to life each week in the school library, reading to the students in Miss Dawn’s PreK4 class. Each week, Miss Mar-Jo would select an exciting story that coordinated with the weekly theme and often surprised the students with small gifts. For her last library day with the students this past Monday, Miss Mar-Jo read “The Night Before Summer Vacation” and then surprised the students with gifts of swimming goggles to help them get ready for summer. “Miss Mar-Jo has been such a blessing to us,” said Miss Dawn. “We are so thankful for her servant’s heart.”
