ACS kindergarten and first grade students enjoyed learning more about monkeys, zebras, alligators, peacocks and other amazing animals in God’s creation during their visits to the zoo this week.  The kindergartners visited the Cape May Zoo on June 4 and the 1st grade went to the Philadelphia Zoo on June 7. Family members joined the students, teachers, and aides for these fun-filled annual field trips that also included a hot dog cookouts. After several days of rain, the sun came out and coaxed many of the animals, including the lions, to be out in full display. The students at the Cape May Zoo even got to see a new baby giraffe up and walking around.
