Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Missions Banquet on Friday, March 1st. The parents prepared and cooked the meal and the students waited on tables, serving the guests. Pastor Chris Einwechter encouraged the guests to pray that God protects these mission workers and provides more because the “harvest is plentiful.” He ended his message by inviting everyone in attendance to lay hands and pray over the Missions Team.

Proceeds support our Missions Team’s trip to Belize. If you missed the event, you can still support the High School and Middle School Missions Teams by donating at https://acseht.org/donate-online/.

Our High School Missions Team will be serving in Corozal, Belize from April 1-8. Corozal, or Corozal Town, is the northernmost city of Belize, located about 9 miles from the Mexico border. The team will be working in the community running a daily Vacation Bible School (VBS) for the youth. They will also be helping with construction to improve the church and other buildings in the town. Ultimately, they will be the hands and feet of Christ, sharing the gospel with all who come in contact. The High School team is comprised of Lukas Benson, Rebecca DiMaio, Lauren Einwechter, Noah Gibbs, Gabriella Goodwin, Maddie Haag, Angeline Casagrande, Gracie Leon, Ryleigh Martin, Luke Mills, Nathan Mills, Haven Sanchez, Adam Schlundt, Louis Spirko, Jahnae Spoltore, Taylor Sutton, and Cadence Warren. ACS Parents Chris Einwechter and Laura Mills (faculty) and Fresh Start Church Youth Pastor Trevor Little will be accompanying the High School students.

Our Middle School Missions Team will be heading to Washington DC April 1-5. They will be serving for four days, assisting the homeless and needy families in Washington DC by distributing clothing, preparing and serving food, working with children, and sharing the Gospel. The Middle School Missions Team is comprised of the following students: Landon Benson, Ethan Brumble, Dante Christy, CJ Delacruz, Eve Gibbs, Chase Hagel, Robert Jackson, Brandon Jorgenson, Greta Kleinman, Adam Mills, Lily Porreca, Chelsie Richards, Gabi Santos, Michael Schlundt, Chase Wilkinson, Lexi Wyckoff. Mr. David Genter, HS Missions Club Advisor, invites everyone to:

  • Pray for our students as they prepare to serve and share the gospel.
  • Pray for open hearts among those they’ll minister to.
  • Pray for the High School and Middle School teams’ safety as they travel to Belize and Washington DC this Spring Break.
