The Middle School and High School Missions Teams returned safely from their trips. During Spring Break, the High School Mission Team went to Corozal, Belize, and ran a daily Vacation Bible School (VBS) for the youth. They also helped with construction to improve the church and other buildings in the town. The HS Team also made food deliveries and visitations to homes and shared God’s Word with the residents.

Meanwhile, the MS Mission team visited Washington DC and helped at the Franciscan Garden Ministry (where vegetables and fruit are given directly to the community for free), Seabury (providing services for the elderly community including cleaning), The Gatepost, and participated in an Urban Plunge – this experience opened the kids’ eyes to food insecurity and food “deserts.” The students also learned how to pray with people and how to be bold in their faith.
