Registration is now open for our Cougar Classic Golf Fundraiser, taking place on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at the Harbor Pines Golf Club, a premier golf course in Egg Harbor Township. Join us for a delightful day as we come together to support our school’s Tuition Assistance Fund. This year, we’re excited to offer two fantastic events in one day! The golf tournament kicks off at noon, followed by a social mixer starting at 6 pm.
Even if golf isn’t your thing, we invite ACS families, staff, alumni, and friends to join us for the evening social mixer and silent auction. Enjoy music by the lively band, Don’t Call Me Francis.
“We’re thrilled to offer two events in one day—the golf tournament and the social mixer. We eagerly anticipate seeing our school families and community friends at our largest spring fundraiser. It’s a wonderful opportunity to connect, celebrate, and reflect on how God has blessed and nurtured our school over the past 53 years,” remarked Chief School Administrator Karen Oblen. “We hope everyone will get involved and help make this fundraiser a success.”
The tournament kicks off with registration and a golfer’s buffet lunch at noon, followed by a shotgun start at 1:30 p.m., featuring a scramble format. Golf awards and prizes will follow right after the tournament. The Social Mixer and Silent Auction will begin at 6:00 p.m. and conclude at 8:30 p.m. Space is limited, so secure your tickets promptly by going to https://acsgolfclassic.com/.
Golfer registration is $165 per golfer or $625 for a foursome, and includes a golfer’s buffet lunch, tournament entry, and the chance to win prizes. Please note that the golfer’s fee does not include entry to the social mixer.
Individual tickets to the Social Mixer and Silent Auction event are available for $100 each. The Silent Auction will again utilize mobile bidding via cell phone, enabling remote participation for those unable to attend.
