ACS is excited to welcome new Upper School Principal, Mrs. Meg McHale as we begin a new school year with great expectations for what God is going to do on our campus. McHale is no stranger to ACS having spent fifteen years here as a faculty member and administrator from 1997 to 2012.

With a BS in Youth Services from West Virginia Wesleyan College and an MS in Education from The College of New Jersey, McHale has also served as a middle school teacher in Atlantic City public schools, the Administrator at Open Door Christian Academy (PA), and Upper School Principal at King’s Christian School (NJ).

McHale considers her return to ACS a call from God and an opportunity to fulfill her “passion for students to grow in wisdom along with knowledge so they can have discernment and make godly choices.” She also says, “I want to see students rise in leadership and confidence both inside and outside the school.”

Meg and her husband, Michael, attend Coastal Christian Church in Ocean City, NJ where she leads a small group and serves on the women’s ministry leadership team.  The McHales have two adult daughters, Brianna (’07) and Devon (’09), who are both ACS alumnae.
