Last Thursday, October 31st, the fourth grade classes of Mrs. Sherree Hoover and Mr. Eric Tardif had a special guest speaker – Dr. Salaam Alobeidy.
Dr. Alobeidy brought different types of models and visual aids and discussed the Body Systems and Pulmonary Respiratory System – topics that the fourth graders are currently learning.
Dr. Alobeidy was accompanied by his wife, Nurse Lauren Alobeidy, who also answered questions from students.
Dr. Alobeidy is a pulmonologist in Galloway, New Jersey and is affiliated with AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center. He received his medical degree from the University of Baghdad College of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years.
Dr. and Mrs. Alobeidy are parents to ACS students Leila, Adam, and Zackary Alobeidy.
