The PTF actively promotes Christian fellowship among the faculty, staff, parents, and friends of Atlantic Christian School through a variety of school events. Please check out the different PTF fundraisers that are ongoing:
Box Tops for Education — The Box Tops for Education program is going digital. Over the summer of 2019, participating brands are beginning to change their packaging from a physical Box Tops clip to the new Box Tops icon.
To participate in the new digital program, you will need to download the “Box Tops for Education” app on your mobile phone, register, and select “Atlantic Christian School.” The next and final step is to scan your receipt that contains a Box Tops product. Atlantic Christian will earn 10 cents for each Box Tops product purchased. The app will automatically add Box Tops to our school’s earnings online.
Please note that Box Tops will continue to honor all physical clips until they reach their expiration dates so keep clipping regular Box Tops and sending them in to the school as long as you continue to find them on packages. Box Tops will also allow double dipping during the transition period — so you can clip the physical Box Tops AND scan your receipt. A few brands may not be participating in the double dip. The app will give you a message that they are “clip only” in those instances.
ShopRite Scrip Cards — The PTF purchases Gift Cards from ShopRite and makes them available for sale in the school office to ACS families and friends. ShopRite gift cards are available in denominations of $50. You get what you pay for, i.e. $100 of ShopRite scrip = $100 to spend at ShopRite. ACS earns 5% of scrip card sales.
Mondays are Philly Soft Pretzel Days –Delicious, freshly baked Philly Soft Pretzels are on sale every Monday during lunch for $1 each. The sale will be ongoing to the end of the school year. Please note that the pretzels are not part of the regular lunch menu and cannot be purchased online through Renweb.
Shoparoo Classroom Contest — Parents, family members, and friends can support ACS by using “Shoparoo.” Shoparoo is a mobile app that can help you earn reward points for your child’s classroom when you shop at the grocery, fill up at the gas station, or make purchases at Target and other retailers. It doesn’t cost anything to participate. Just go to www.shoparoo.com, download the app on your cell phone, and start scanning your receipts of things that you would normally buy.
