Today we congratulate Madeline Neill who has attended ACS for five years, attending part-time her senior year. As a senior, Maddy played on the Varsity Soccer team and was a member of the winning team of ACS' Annual Volleyball Tournament. Maddy is planning on pursuing nursing, first at ACCC, and then may transfer to Palm Beach Atlantic University.

Maddy's favorite verse is Isaiah 26:3, "You will keep in perfect peace, those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you." She says, "It reminds me that true peace comes from trusting God, even when life is overwhelming."

Her advice for underclassmen is "Go outside, make a lot of memories with friends, and enjoy every little moment."

Madeline, we will be praying for you as you pursue helping people in the medical field. We pray that the relationships that you built, even with your teachers, will continue to grow, develop and bless you now and in the future. We're glad you are part of the ACS family.

Because of their grant, ACS was able to purchase dedicated cardio drumming equipment, including yoga balls, buckets, drumsticks, pumps, and a portable music player. Our students have loved participating in cardio drumming, and the equipment is also being used for staff wellness classes.

Atlantic Christian School is in its 55th year of providing a quality, co-educational program for the youth in South Jersey. As a private school, Atlantic Christian is independent and non-denominational, with almost 600 students from 18 months old to the 12th grade who attend over 110 churches throughout southern New Jersey. As a senior, Maddy played on the Varsity Soccer team and was a member of the winning team of ACS' Annual Volleyball Tournament. Maddy is planning on pursuing nursing, first at ACCC, and then may transfer to Palm Beach Atlantic University.

Maddy's favorite verse is Isaiah 26:3, "You will keep in perfect peace, those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you." She says, "It reminds me that true peace comes from trusting God, even when life is overwhelming."

ACS students gained real-world career experience during the Job Interview Workshop (Mock Job Fair) held yesterday in the Multi-Purpose Room. Organized by Guidance Counselor Christina Ragland and Mock Trial Adviser Rhapsody Hahn-Chaney, the event gave students practical insight into professional career settings. Students from the College and Careers, Life Skills, and Principles of Management classes rotated through mock interview stations representing a variety of career fields connected to their interests and future goals. Today we congratulate Gabriella Goodwin who has been at ACS since 1st grade. An outstanding student, Gabriella has shone in academic pursuits including Spelling Bees, Honors Classes, National Honor Society and earning Highest Honors every single year! In addition, Gabriella was voted to the Homecoming Court and was a lead lawyer on the ACS Mock Trial team. Gifted musically as well, Gabriella played 1st Trumpet for the South Jersey Youth Orchestra and Friends. She also served on the Missions Team several times, most recently to Belize.

Gabriella's favorite verse is Matthew 6:34 which says "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." She says, "This truth has helped me with my anxiety over the years."

Gabriella is planning on staying in the academic field by studying at Cairn University and studying Secondary Literature Education. Gabriella, you have been an example of doing your very best and reflecting that honor back to the Lord. Keep doing your best and honor Him in all of your pursuits.
